how we work...
...we do not charge anyone for contacting us and a first initial consultation is free of charge...
Dr Matt Tofield uses a cognitive behavioural model of coaching (CBC) that through a process of discussion helps to highlight issues and areas in your life that you would like to focus on.
Simply put, CBC is a two way discussion between you and Matt that aims to identify your core skills and talents. Sometimes this may mean challenging your beliefs so we can explore any issue or problem that may be holding you back from achieving what you want in life.
At leytonfield Matt can help in many areas of your life. We believe in offering high quality coaching in a flexible format for any individual over the age of 16.
Here are just a few coaching examples...
- Coping with stress at work, how to identify stressful situations and managing stress
- How to boost confidence
- Improving low self-esteem
- Identifying core skills (your natural, and sometimes hidden, talents)
- Exploring how to make difficult decisions
- How to manage relationships at work, home, college or university
Coaching is short term and does not tie you up in years of “therapy”.
It quickly helps to get you to a stage where you are once again more confident and good at stress management.
With a fresh insight into your own abilities and strengths you can continue with independent self development, ready to face life with new found enthusiasm.
There is no such thing as a typical case, however, a usual coaching programme will require 4 to 6 consultations, each of which could last between 60 and 90 minutes.
At leytonfield we do not charge anyone for contacting us and a first initial consultation is free of charge. So if you have any questions at all, please get in touch.
